Once you have confirmed with Lucy who will be travelling to China you will receive a ‘Letter of Invitation’ (see sample at Attachment C) from her for each of these people.  This is a requirement of the Chinese Government as part of the visa process. You will need to complete the fields required:

• Full Name
• Gender
• Date of Birth
• Passport Number
• Expected Arrival Date
• Expected Departure Date

Once you have completed these fields you will need to send this letter back to Lucy so as she can then stamp it and send it back to you, so you can include it as part of the visa application process.
